CS — Counter-Strike. Counter-Strike is a modification (MOD) to the excellent game, Half-Life. It modifies the multiplayer aspects of Half-Life to bring to it a more team-oriented gameplay. Counter-Strike provides the player with an experience that a trained counter-terrorist unit or terrorist unit experiences.
CTF — Capture the Flag. Capture the Flag offers an exciting variation on team play. It gives meaning to base defense along with offensive positioning and strikes. The basic premise is: attack the enemy base, grab their flag than take it back to your base.
CS-CTF — Counter-Strike Capture the Flag. CS-CTF combines the damage and controls of Counter-Strike with the objective of capturing the enemy’s flag. Each server can define its own flag points. The mod of a mod only works on Windows servers and is functional by updating your gamedll line in liblist.gam. Here’s what the version features:
- Ability to create and save custom CTF layouts for any map.
- Full customisability of features, including in game messages.
- Optional classic CTF grapplehook.
- Ability to disable CounterStrikes own missions during CTF play.
- Option to allow players to respawn after death.
- Cash prize for players that capture the flag.
